Danny Zeng is a Law Clerk at Hawkins Legal, P.C., where he supports the firm’s employment law practice with experience in plaintiff-side employment disputes, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters. He recently passed the February 2025 New York Bar Exam and is currently pending admission.
Danny earned his LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he also completed a Certificate in Securities & Financial Law. He received his Bachelor of Laws from Shenzhen University, graduating in the top 10% of his class.
Before joining Hawkins Legal, Danny served as a law clerk at another employment litigation firm, where he:
- Drafted and reviewed demand letters, mediation briefs, and complaints for plaintiffs.
- Conducted legal research on employment litigation and corporate compliance under California employment laws.
- Supported settlement negotiations between clients and opposing counsel.
Danny’s background in plaintiff-side employment litigation, corporate compliance, and internal governance equips him to provide valuable support to Hawkins Legal’s clients, particularly in matters involving both employment and corporate legal issues.
He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and brings a cross-border legal perspective to his work with domestic and international clients.
