Yi "Danny" Zeng

Yi "Danny" Zeng is an Attorney at Hawkins Legal, P.C., where he focuses his practice on employment law. He represents employees and employers in a broad range of workplace matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, disability accommodation, leave of absence issues, and compliance with California and federal employment laws.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Danny gained extensive experience in employment litigation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters. He worked closely with attorneys on plaintiff-side employment disputes, where he drafted and reviewed demand letters, mediation briefs, complaints, and other litigation documents; conducted legal research on California employment law and corporate compliance issues; and assisted in settlement negotiations between clients and opposing counsel.

Danny earned his LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he also completed a Certificate in Securities & Financial Law. He received his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Shenzhen University, graduating in the top 10% of his class.

His combined background in employment litigation, corporate compliance, and internal governance enables him to provide practical, strategic, and results-oriented counsel to clients facing complex workplace issues.
