Dimetria Jackson is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in both In-house and  outside counsel roles. With a strong background in corporate transactions, contract  drafting and review, negotiations, and public sector law, she provides strategic legal  guidance and effectively navigates complex legal challenges. Ms. Jackson advises local  governments, including special districts, on workplace investigations, California Public  Records Act (CPRA) requests, regulatory compliance, governance, and other intricate  legal matters. 


Over the course of her career, Ms. Jackson has held leadership roles such as Senior Vice  President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary for First American Trust, FSB, and Executive Vice President, General Counsel for Nano Banc. She  has built a reputation for delivering high-level legal counsel to a diverse range of clients,  including start-ups, nonprofits, LLCs, special districts, and multinational corporations  across various industries. 


In addition to her legal expertise, Ms. Jackson is a licensed real estate broker, further  enhancing her ability to advise clients on real estate transactions, regulatory matters,  leases, and property-related legal issues. 


A recognized leader in the legal community, Ms. Jackson has extensive experience in  corporate and nonprofit governance and currently serves on the Board of Directors for  the Orange County Fair and Event Center (32nd District Agricultural Association) and  the Orange County Collaborative Courts Foundation. She is a past Director of Pretend  City Children's Museum and continues her involvement as a member of its Finance  Committee. 


Beyond her professional work, she is deeply committed to community service and  actively supports organizations focused on eliminating hunger. She and her family  regularly volunteer with local food banks and meal service programs. She is also  passionate about mentoring students and enjoys traveling, theater, music, and dance.  She and her husband are the proud parents of three amazing children.
